Every VERN OS plan runs on a unified token pool — text, voice, and avatar all draw from the same pool. You can deploy your AI Humans as many times as you like. The plan determines your pool size and overage rate. Capabilities are added through the VERN Marketplace or licensed as custom builds via an implementation engagement.

Onboarding & Implementation
Operator, Business OS, and Enterprise OS plans require a one-time onboarding and implementation fee. This covers system integration (CRM, ticketing, scheduling, and other business tools), AI Human configuration, and go-live support — the level of complexity inherent to deploying AI at an organizational scale. Custom AI Human builds are included in the fee. Once built, clients deploy them as many times as they like at no additional build cost. Creator and Studio clients are self-serve and deploy from the VERN Marketplace library.

Plan Upgrade Policy
When upgrading from a lower OS tier to a higher one: (1) AI Humans built under the prior plan carry over in addition to those included in the new plan — you keep everything you've built. (2) The prior implementation fee is credited in full toward the new implementation fee. Example: an Operator client upgrading to Business OS carries over their 1 existing AI Human (for 5 total) and pays $7,500 net on the new implementation fee ($15,000 − $7,500 credit).
